Spare ribs 454g (4 cm length), ginger 3 slices

Method
Blanch the spare ribs for 15 minutes, clean and drain.
Heat 1 tbsp oil, stir-fry sliced ginger and spare ribs.
Add in Zhen Jiang Spare Ribs Marinade 2/3 cup, switch to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Pour in additional 2 tbsp Marinade. Cook over medium heat and stir fry until the sauce is thicken. Serve.
Little tips: To prevent the sauce is dried and stick to the pot, flip and stir-fry the spare ribs 2-3 times during cooking.
