Pork jowl 227g , Peeled pumpkin 300g (sliced), Minced garlic 2 tsp, Scallion greens to taste, Water 1/4 cup
Seasoning
Amoy Sweet Yellow Bean 2 tbsp, Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tsp
Marinade
Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp, Sugar 1/4 tbsp, Shaoxing wine 1/2 tsp, Pepper a pinch, Starch 1 tsp
Thickening
Method
Slice the pork on the slant. Add the marinade and mix evenly.
Shallow-fry the pumpkin slices briefly, then remove.
Stir-fry the pork until fragrant. Put in the garlic and seasonings and stir fry to mix. Add the pumpkin and 1/4 cup water and continue to stir-fry. Stir occasionally until the sauce is absorbed. Scatter on the scallion greens, stir to mix, and serve.
