Ingredients
Dried Onion 6 pcs, Garlic 8 cloves, Purple Onion 1/2 pc, Onion 1/2 pc, Ginger 6 slices, Chicken Piece 1000g, Water 10-20ml, Coriander (moderate amount)

AMOY Mala Chicken Pot Sauce 200g, Salt 1 tsp, Corn Starch 3 tbsps, Oil 3 tbsps

Method
Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces. Marinade the chicken with salt, corn starch and oil for 30 minutes
Slightly chop the dried onion, garlic, purple onion, onion, ginger and coriander
Heat oil, pan fry the chicken pieces with gentle heat until the colour changes and chicken oil coming out. Then add dried onion, garlic, purple onion, onion and ginger to stir fry
Add Mala Chicken Pot Sauce and stir fry. Add some water then shimmer for 3 mins, stir 1-2 times in between. Open the lid and cook until the sauce thickens. Add coriander then mix well. Done!
