Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients

  • Pork Fillet 200g (diced)
  • Green Pepper 30g (washed and cut into pieces)
  • Red Pepper 30g (washed and cut into pieces)
  • Onion 30g (washed and cut into pieces)
  • Pineapple 80g (cut into pieces)

Seasoning

  • Amoy Sweet & Sour Sauce 5 tbsp
  • Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp

Marinade

  • Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce 1 ½ tbsp.
  • Sugar 1 ½ tsp
  • Corn Starch 1 tbsp
  • Egg White 1 pc

Method

Marinate the pork fillet with the marinate for a while and dip in corn starch.

Heat the oil in a wok. Add the pork fillet and fry over medium heat about 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, stir-fry green peppers, red peppers, onions and pineapples, add Amoy Sweet & Sour Sauce, Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce and sugar, add back pork fillet to wok and stir-fry until mix well. Serve.
