Ingredients
- Pork Fillet 200g (diced)
- Green Pepper 30g (washed and cut into pieces)
- Red Pepper 30g (washed and cut into pieces)
- Onion 30g (washed and cut into pieces)
- Pineapple 80g (cut into pieces)
Seasoning
- Amoy Sweet & Sour Sauce 5 tbsp
- Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
Marinade
- Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce 1 ½ tbsp.
- Sugar 1 ½ tsp
- Corn Starch 1 tbsp
- Egg White 1 pc
Thickening
Method
Marinate the pork fillet with the marinate for a while and dip in corn starch.
Heat the oil in a wok. Add the pork fillet and fry over medium heat about 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, stir-fry green peppers, red peppers, onions and pineapples, add Amoy Sweet & Sour Sauce, Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce and sugar, add back pork fillet to wok and stir-fry until mix well. Serve.
