Stir-fry Shrimp in Curry Sauce with Tomato, Pineapple & Cucumber

Ingredients

Tomato 1 pc, Canned pineapple 1 can, Cucumber 1/2 pc, Fresh shrimp 10 pcs

Seasoning

Amoy Curry Sauce 1/2 bottle, Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp, Sugar 1/2 tsp , Salt 1/3 tsp

Method

Tomato, pineapple and cucumber are shredded.

Put a proper amount of oil under the bowl, seasoning, tomato, pineapple and boil until the tomato is slightly soft.

Add the cucumber and shrimps to stir-fry until the shrimps are cooked. Serve.
