Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp, Sugar 2 tsp

Method
Marinade the pork tenderloin
Wash green apples. Remove seeds and cut into small pieces
Heat the oil on the pan. Stir-fry the garlic and the pork tenderloin until it is half-cooked.
Add in Amoy Plum and Bean Sauce, green apples, sugar, mix well until the pork is fully cooked and serve.
