Ingredients
Minced beef 200g, Eggs 3 pcs, Minced Spring Onion1 tbsp , Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Seasoning
Salt 1/2 tsp, Pepper some
Marinade
Amoy First Extract Label Light Soy 1 tbsp, Sugar 1/3 tsp, Pepper some, Corn starch 1 tsp, Oil 1 tbsp
Thickening
Method
Marinate beef with marinate for 30 minutes
Stir the seasonings with the eggs, add 150 ml of water and mix well (the ratio of egg to water is 1: 1.5)
Add certain amount of oil and stir-fry the garlic, add beef to stir-fry until it is medium well, and set aside on a plate.
Egg liquid is sieved and poured into the plat and steam over medium heat for 8 mins. During cooking, insert a chopstick and hold the pot cover in order to keep the steamed eggs smooth.
Add green onions and serve
