8 Chicken Middle Joint wings, Lemon Juice 2 tbsp, 1/4 Lemon Zest

Amoy Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 1/3 tbsp, Amoy Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp, Amoy Genuine Oyster Sauce 1 tsp, 1/2 Brown Slab Sugar 50g, Water 4 tbsp

Method
Wash chicken wings and wipe dry.
Heat the pan. Add in oil and pan-fry chicken wings. Add lemon juice, lemon zest and seasonings and bring to the boil. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes over low heat until the sauce reduces.
Garnish with coriander and sliced lemon.
