Beef short ribs 3 pcs (cut into pcs), Green onions (sliced)

Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp, Amoy Pure Sesame Oil 1 tbsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Black pepper powder1 tsp , Corn starch 1 tsp, Minced garlic 1 tsp, Apple 1 pc
Thickening
Method
Cut apple in half and dig out 2 tablespoon apple puree with spoon.
Use apple puree and other marinades to marinate the beef short ribs for more than 2 hours.
Add some oil to the pan, pan fry each side of the beef short ribs for 2 mins until golden, add the green onions, and pan fry for 1 minute until the beef short ribs bones are almost well done
