Ingredients
Beef 100g (Diced)
Chicken thigh 100g (Diced)
Pork belly 100g (Diced)
Fresh pineapple 80g (Diced)
Green pepper 50g (Sliced)
Cherry tomatoes 100g (Cut in half)
Some olive oil
Honey 2 tsp
Warm water 1 tbsp
Seasoning
Marinade
Amoy Golden Desert Cumin Flavour Sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Thickening
Method
1. Marinade the beef, chicken thigh and pork belly with marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Mix honey and warm water, stir well. Set aside.
3. Thread the beef, chicken thigh and pork belly on bamboo stick along with other vegetable.
4. Put the skewers in Airfryer, spray some olive oil on top and airfry at 165°C for 8 minutes.
5. Coat the skewers with honey water, airfry at 180°C for 3 minutes. Ready to serve.
