Boiled Abalone in Japanese Style

Abalone 10 pcs(washed)

Method

Put abalone in water and boil for 2 minutes. Take out the abalones, remove the shells and intestinal, and slashed with a knife.

Boil all the seasonings in the pot, add the abalones and cook for 1 hour in low heat, turn off the heat, cover the pot for 1 hour, then serve.
