Ingredients
Short Ribs 150g (sliced)
Choy Sum 300g (chopped)
King Oyster Mushrooms (cut in thick pcs)
Amoy Minced Garlic 15g
Seasoning
Amoy Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Shaoxing Wine 1tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp

Method
Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the short ribs in medium heat until slightly cooked on both sides and set aside.
Heat the oil in a wok again and add king oyster mushrooms. Fry in medium heat until golden brown and set aside.
Stir-fry Amoy Minced Garlic until fragrant. Add seasoning and Choy Sum in high heat until partially cooked.
Add king oyster mushrooms and short ribs to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked. Add the sauce mix and stir until sauce thickens.
