AMOY Mala Multi Purpose Sauce 2 tbsps, Hot Water 2 tbsps, AMOY Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp

Method
Slice the tofu and put on a plate. Cut the century eggs into 8 pcs, surround the tofu on the plate.
Dice the shallot.
Melt sugar in hot water. Add Mala Multi Purpose Sauce, Sesame Oil and diced shallot into the mixture and stir well.
Pour the mixed sauce on tofu and century egg. Done!
