Air Fryer Roast Rack of Lamb

Ingredients

AMOY Meat Marinade 6 tbsp, AMOY Minced Garlic 3 tbsp, Fresh Rosemary 4 sticks, Fresh Thyme 4 sticks, Olive Oil 2 tbsp, Some Salt, Some Pepper

Marinade

AMOY Meat Marinade 6 tbsp, AMOY Minced Garlic 3 tbsp, Fresh Rosemary 4 sticks, Fresh Thyme 4 sticks, Olive Oil 2 tbsp, Some Salt, Some Pepper

Method

Wash and pat dry lamb rib rack. Cut shallow grids on the meat side.

Spread salt and pepper on lamb rib rack, then marinate with Meat Marinade for 4 hours.

Halve brussels sprout and cut onion into pieces.

Chop rosemary and thyme. Mix with Minced Garlic and olive oil.

Add some oil on a pan. Pan fry the meat side of the lamb rib rack with high heat for 1 minute until golden. Then each other sides for 30 seconds. Set aside.

Mix all vegetables with some Minced Garlic mixture. Add into the basket of the air-fryer.

Rub the remaining Minced Garlic mixture on the lamb rib rack. Then put on top of the vegetables.

Air-fry the indigents with 150 degree for 20 minutes. Then air-fry with 200 degree for 3 minutes.

Let the lamb rib rack rest inside the air-fryer for 10 minutes to redistribute the juice. Done.

Air-frying temperature and time may vary by brands and models. Please adjust temperature and time if necessary.
